Meet Dr Paige Karadag
Dr Karadag is a compassionate Health Psychologist with specialist experience of working with adults with long term health conditions in the NHS.
She offers bespoke psychological support for people struggling to cope with the emotional impact of illnesses such as ME/CFS, Long Covid, Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis and Chronic Pain.
Dr Karadag uses a range of models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and the COM-B Model of Behaviour Change.
