“I am a compassionate Health Psychologist with specialist experience of working with adults with long term health conditions in the NHS.
I offer psychological support for people struggling to cope with the emotional impact of illnesses such as ME/CFS, Long Covid, Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Cancer and Chronic Pain.
I also provide bespoke training packages to improve self-management and adherence in long term conditions.
I use a range of models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and the COM-B Model of Behaviour Change.”
